Borella Nursery is here to help you get on your way to a very successful and easy way to make money for your organization. Selling beautiful plants, herbs, and mixed container gardens that are grown right here on Long Island.

Schedule
Book a delivery or pick up date and time, get on the calendar ASAP so you can book the time slot that you would like.

Review
Read over our price list

Choose
Pick at least 6-7 of the most popular items on the list (do not offer all 8-10 pages that is just way too many items and will make
it very difficult for you to keep every order correct)

Select
Limit the colors you offer so that there are no errors when separating your orders upon delivery (keep it simple Red, White, Pink, Lavender, Salmon) no one can mix up those colors.

Price
Adjust the plant prices to how much profit you would like to make for your organization.
example: 8" Hanging basket cost you $ 12.50 you can sell them for $18.00- $22.00.

Create Order
Compose an order for of the items that you are going to sell for your fundraiser.
The order form should consist of:
* Customer Name_____ *Customer Phone Number___
*Total Dollar Amount Due_______Check#____Cash_____(which must accompany the order form)
* Pick up date and time (Please put on your order form NO ORDERS Will Be Held after that date) always get your order at least 2 hours before pick up time so that you and your helpers have time to separate the orders by customer's name
* Items offered (Example: 8" New Guinea H/B $ 18.00)

AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR ORDER FORM IT SHOULD SAY:
ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY DATE: AND GIVE A DATE SO THAT PEOPLE WILL NOT KEEP CALLING AT THE LAST MINUTE WITH ADD ONS (THAT MAKES FOR ERRORS)

Create a Master
Make one master sheet- transfer totals from each individual order form.
Example: 8" New Guinea H/Baskets
Do this for each item that you choose for your plant fundraiser sale.

Submit
Email your order (on our order form) or call it in whatever is easier for you.
We are here to service you with the best possible customer service.

Delivery
Order is delivered: Count and separate each individual person's order - staple the customer's order to one of the items, this makes it very easy to just identify each individual order.
DO NOT LET CUSTOMERS PICK OUT THEIR OWN ORDER FROM THEIR FORM, YOU WILL FIND ITEMS MISSING FROM OTHER ORDERS.
